When one of the three T-8 retrofit LED tubes I purchased began to blink repeatedly, indicating a failure, you were quick to arrange for a replacement to be shipped. I just got the 5 LED kits to fit the 4ft 4 bulb fixtures. First one took about 20 minutes to install, then about 15 minutes for each after. WOW!! the light is very bright and clean and no flickering. I hope to start replacing the other fixtures with LEDs as the budget allows. I hope they last the 40,000 hours that they are advertised to. Overall very pleased and impressed with the product.
